What if numbers could crunch themselves?
MaRS client, Wave Accounting, has launched their new free web-based accounting software. The tool helps small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) replace shoebox accounting with a ridiculously easy automated accounting system.
Within minutes of registering with Wave Accounting, small business owners can connect with both personal and business accounts, have all transactions downloaded and expenses segmented into their proper buckets (including business or personal). It’s secure, free and keeps your accountant happy too. SMEs can also create balance sheets, general ledger, income statement, sales tax reports, view aged receivables and payables and much more.
Wave Accounting allows advertisers to efficiently target its SME market by their financial behaviour. For instance, a telecommunications, auto or financial institution can target a user based on how much they spend on internet, auto expenses or banking fees. This means the ad is relevant to the user (sure, I’d like to save on banking fees!), with a higher call-to-action and encouraging a higher response rate.
