When it comes to targeting customers, research shows that business owners should go after the “sharers” of the world, those most likely to use various social media to research and recommend products.

According to the infographic below, which features data from both M Booth and Beyond, the “high sharers” are three times more likely to recommend a product and influence the purchasing behaviour of others.
